These Gourmet cakes are made in New England, with fresh whole eggs, real butter, unbleached flour and fine brandy. The cake is moist, light and spicy in color, great tasting and full of fresh fruits and nuts. Shelf life varies from cake to cake, but ranges from three to eight months when stored in a cool environment. Cakes should be refrigerated or frozen to considerably extend their shelf life. 6 inch cake serves 16-18 people.
